Mango Citrus Lassi

Älsa goes Bollywood in a healthy, energy-packed twist on India’s famous yogurt drink. Change up your morning routine with this exotic taste treat!

Prep Times: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 small or ½ of a large very ripe mango, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt (preferably very thin in consistency)
  • 1 packet Älsa Three Citrus Energy Drink Mix
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
  • The juice of 1 lime

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. (If your yogurt is thick, you may need to add a tablespoon or two of water or milk to thin.)  Refrigerate to chill thoroughly and serve.
